There are no hardware requirements. The system works on all devices with access to a web browser: phones, tablets, computers, laptops, etc.

How many workstations can the MyPrint management system be run on simultaneously?
There is no limit of workstations with the program running simultaneously.

Can new users be added after the MyPrint management system has been implemented in the company or should a separate license be bought for each of them?
An unlimited number of users can be added to the MyPrint system, both before and after its implementation in the company.

Is it necessary to order all the modules offered to use the MyPrint management system or can only the ones that interest us be selected?
There’s no need to order everything because there are modules necessary to launch the system and many others that can be added independently of the necessary (basic) ones.

Can the functionalities and operating rules be changed after the MyPrint management system has been launched?
You can’t change the system on your own because the functionalities are closely related to one another, which is the same with operating rules. The user’s system is constantly updated with new tested functions and operating rules.

What happens if the user forgets the system password?
The MyPrint management system has a password recovery function.

What happens if after launching the system and the training, the user doesn’t know how to navigate the system and how the modules work?
Manual and detailed operating rules are added to each module. The user can also add their manuals to the system so that they are available to anyone concerned.

How long does it take to implement and launch the MyPrint system?
The time depends on the company’s size, the number of modules to be launched as well as the customer’s products. The implementation takes from 6 to 24 months on average.
